The network ties CBS, which put out another winning episode of ‘Big Brother.’
The Wall scored some enviable growth on Thursday night. The NBC series improved by two-tenths of a point, averaging a 1.2 rating among adults 18-49.
Coupled with a strong repeat of America’s Got Talent, which shared the same score in the key demo, and an even episode of The Night Shift (0.7 adults), NBC shared a nightly win among adults 18-49 with CBS.
Big Brother propelled CBS with another 1.8 rating among adults 18-49, while Zoo followed with a 0.6 rating.
The rest of the reality-heavy night brought a mix of steady episodes and slight dips. Beat Shazam, renewed for a second season on Fox, pulled another 0.9 rating among adults 18-49 — widening its gap with lead-out Love Connection. The latter dipped to a 0.6 rating. ABC saw Boy Band (0.6 adults) and The Gong Show (0.7 adults) match last week’s scores, while Battle of the Network Stars slipped some to a 0.7 rating.
The CW saw Penn & Teller: Fool Us earn a 0.4 rating in the key demo, while new entry Hooten & the Lady — come again? — joined with a 0.2 rating.
